An unsolved crime, seven pieces of evidence, several interesting suspects all with the opportunity to tamper with the evidence and you’ve got all the makings for an exciting fun filled game of Simply Suspects.

Your colored suspect card identifies you as, Vinny Da Skinny, Miss Dimeanor, Pearl E. White, Wilbur E. Meadows, Booker Danno or Jake Da Snake. You must pick your way carefully around the board to avoid the Grand Jury. As the opportunity presents itself, you may tamper with the evidence so that it points to your opponents. If a player lands on the Grand Jury and there are two pieces of evidence pointing to that player’s identity, that player is eliminated from the game.

The evidence board is positioned in the center of the game board and records which suspect each piece of evidence points to. As you tamper with the evidence, you must be careful to avoid revealing your identity. A slippery suspect may even point the evidence at his own identity to confuse his opponents. Once your identity is revealed, your opponents may stack the evidence against you in hopes you visit the Grand Jury or they may point the finger at you when they happen to land on the Grand Jury space. If you are identified correctly, you are eliminated from the game. If the accusation was false, your accuser is eliminated.

"Get Away" cards which let you advance a specific number of spaces (including 0 spaces) instead of rolling the die are extremely handy: save them for a desperate situation. Beware of other suspects taking them from you. "Trade Places" space gives you many possibilities since you may trade with any player. As a bonus, you get to do whatever the space you traded to indicates. "Move any opponent forward" (or back) "1 space" are tricky spaces. Use these spaces to move an opponent to a space they may want to avoid. Your choice of routes when you come to the split in the path may give important information to an observant opponent. All of these unique elements add up to a fast-action game of suspicion and betrayal.

Only one player will escape the Grand Jury and win the game.
